During my time at NaviSync (under NPG Health) I worked as an Account Management Intern (one of three interns in the program, and the only Accounts intern). I worked here for the summer of 2024.

In my role, I worked on Bayer and Pharmacosmos, specializing in oncology and cancer research related programs and brands. During my time there I updated timelines, noting when clients had items due and informing the team on what to plan for the week. I proofed items in Proofpoint, checking changes and moving them forward so they could be reviewed in MLR reviews. I reviewed pitch decks that were created for projects for the client, checking for mistakes and giving ideas for how to improve presentations. During this time I sat in on daily calls with clients from Pharmacosmos and Bayer, and also set up internal calls within the company to review projects pre and post MLR review, while also discussing possible future projects with the brands.
